Before you make a purchase, please make sure you've looked at our return policy which only applies to manufacturing defects. We do not accept returns due to compatibility issues, and these should be tested for ahead of time using your own equipment.
When will my item ship? We ship M-F except holidays. Orders placed after 2 pm Central Time will be fulfilled on the following business day. During the wave releases, dispatching of items may be slower than usual due to high demand.
International Shipping: While we do offer worldwide shipping through USPS International, we cannot guarantee delivery other than to your country's border. Tracking is available only through the Priority Express shipping option. Please see our policy here.
Customs Duties: (1) We have noticed some countries (particularly the UK) mark a package 'delivered' and then deliver a customs note the following day. (2) Please do not ask us to commit customs fraud by incorrectly listing the value of the items.
