Before you make a purchase, please make sure you've looked at our return policy which only applies to manufacturing defects. We do not accept returns due to compatibility issues, and these should be tested for ahead of time using your own equipment.
When will my item ship? We ship M-F except holidays. Orders placed after 2 pm Central Time will be fulfilled on the following business day. During periods of high demand (a hard restocking date), our distributor may be slower than usual and packages won't necessarily ship out in the order they are received. Even though your tracking number gets sent when label is printed, it can still take a few days to make it out the door due to the need for them to arrange a big USPS truck for pick up.
International Shipping: The only option that is guaranteed to have detailed tracking is the highest cost USPS Priority Express International option. If you live in a location where package delivery is unreliable, please take this into consideration when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for what happens to packages once they are handed off to your country's shipping service. Please see our policy here.
Customs Duties: You are responsible for any import duties levied by your country. We have noticed some countries (particularly the UK) mark a package 'delivered' and then deliver a customs note the following day. Please do not ask us to commit customs fraud by incorrectly listing the value of the items.
